Thrive's custom formatting is the way to create a bespoke document, spreadsheet or presentation that fits you, and how you do business!

Your formatting project is treated as a fixed fee service, so there's no additional costs or hidden extras!

Every custom formatting service includes:

Revisions

Provision of a first draft, followed by up to 2 revisions, based on your edits, to ensure you have a finished product you love

Branding & Layout

Use of your branding (colours, logo and fonts) in both the layout and the document headings to create something that is truly your own

Content

Final content provided as a template (for documents and spreadsheets), and a working 'master' document, so you can adapt it as you need

Video Tutorial

Get unlimited access to a personalised walkthrough video tutorial of your documents, so you know exactly how to work with them

Thrive's Fixed Fee Formatting

Word Formatting (1-5 pages)

per document

Get a brand new, branded, ready to use, customised document template of up to 5 pages, so you can work in a consistently professional way

OR

Get an existing document up to 5 pages formatted, proofread and finalised. It's returned to you as a polished final document (and PDF if you like), ready to send out.

Word Template (6+ pages)

$695

per document

Build a comprehensive template, that can include a Table of Contents, appendix pages, customised sections and layouts, with 6 pages or more as the starting point

OR

Get your finished documents that have 6 or more pages fully formatted, proofread, and compiled into a final, ready to send format.

PowerPoint Presentations

Wow your audience with truly bespoke slides, that let your expert content shine, and complement the way you like to present! All provided in a format that you can use again and again!

The Thrive Process:

  • On completion of the enquiry form, you can either book a free 30 minute video chat to discuss your project further, or we can go ahead and send you a proposal for your review! The proposal will be provided by email, outlining the fee, and scope of work for your approval
  • Once accepted, a Service Agreement, and invoice for a 50% deposit payment is issued.
  • On signing your Service Agreement and paying your deposit, we send a Welcome email with details of how to share your branding, samples and content, so we can get started!

Thrive uses Microsoft OneDrive, Planner and Sharepoint to manage our project, content and workflow. You'll have access to everything at all times, as well as being able to contact Marianne by email or chat in Teams whenever you need to!

In case we haven't already connected, I am the owner and Microsoft Magician at Thrive Admin Services, a specialist Microsoft 365 training and support service. I have worked in corporate administration roles for over 20 years, covering every stage of administration from reception to finance to C-Suite 1:1 EA work.
