Working from a practical Microsoft Word framework that you can easily customise and apply your branding to, this workshop will help you continue to streamline your onboarding process and put you ahead of your competitors when it comes to converting leads into paying clients!

What you need:

• Microsoft Teams (for the workshop - it's a free app/program you can download and set up beforehand. To share screens during the session, you will need to be working on the desktop version of Teams)
• Microsoft Word (I will be using the desktop version of Word in Office 365 on a Mac during the session - you can work on the web, or on a PC without any issues)
• Pen and paper (for taking notes during the session)

This workshop will not be recorded. If you purchase a ticket, and cannot attend on the day, there will be no access to the session afterwards (as a replay or download).

Marianne, our Microsoft Magician, will step you through customising the template to suit your own personal situation, so you can start using your proposal as soon as we finish our session together!
